This website (www.northneuron.com) is operated by NorthNeuron Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U63999KA2026PTC221320), a company registered in India with its registered office in Bengaluru, India. We are the data controller for the limited information described below.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers only this corporate website — the pages you are reading now, at northneuron.com. It describes what we, as the company, collect when you visit these pages. It does not cover Clarity or MyTeenCare.AI, which are separate products with their own privacy policies, linked below.

What this website collects

This is a static, informational website. It does not ask you to create an account, does not run a server-side contact form, and does not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.

—Hosting and access logs. Like any website, ordinary technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) may be recorded by our hosting infrastructure (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability purposes. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

—No cookies of our own. This website does not set first-party cookies to track you across visits or across other sites.

Contact links and email

The “Talk to us” and “Email” links on this site open your own email application and are addressed to contact@northneuron.com. We do not operate a server-side form that collects your message before you send it — the message goes directly from your email client to us, subject to your own email provider’s practices. Any personal information you choose to include in that email (such as your name, organisation, or the details of your enquiry) is used only to respond to you.

Our products have their own policies

NorthNeuron’s products collect and use information as part of delivering the product itself, and each has its own, more specific privacy policy:

Children’s privacy

This corporate website is intended for a general business and consumer audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the pages described above. MyTeenCare.AI is designed for use by teenagers together with a parent or guardian relationship; how it handles a teen’s information is described in MyTeenCare.AI’s own privacy policy, not this one.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you as a result of contacting this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@northneuron.com. Because this website collects very little personal information by design, most requests can be resolved quickly. For requests about a specific product’s data (Clarity or MyTeenCare.AI), please use that product’s own privacy policy and support channel, as it will have the relevant process for that product’s records.

We may update this policy as the website or the company changes. We will update the effective date above when we do. This policy does not change retroactively — it describes our practice as of the effective date shown.
